The paper industry is in the top 5 most critical industries for international regulations regarding CO2 emissions – this trend is only increasing, and it is imperative to consider in the engineering process this fact in the immediate future. Our technology, thanks to the reduction in consumption and the absence of coolant water and water condenser, achieves a significant decrease in environmental impact without compromising production capacity, but increasing it.

SAM WATERLESS VACUUM
stable vacuum achieved in all machine conditions (paper break included) with no condenser and no usage of H2O thanks to our proprietary system. 100% of the energy is internally recovered in the production loop. No more CO2 emissions and scale deposit maintenance.
AV2K - Deep Vacuun System
proprietary technology achieving deep stable vacuum system up to 9.8mt (0.12 BarA) 9 in all machine conditions (paper break included) with no moving parts. Fully automatic and 3 years maintenance free guaranteed.
AV3K
proprietary technology that can independently manage steam pressure differential of some strategic dryer cylinders (from 0.1 BarA up to the highest possible differential) with no setup change necessary between the two states. All without any regulation needed.
SDCM 4.0 - Sam Dry Curve Management
dry curve temperature managed totally in automatic by and expert system 4.0 that continuously finds the best balance between production and quality, with no effort needed from the operator. SAM’s proprietary software is based on advanced thermodynamic calculations and caters to papers needs first: heat transfer and water evaporation. Decreases paper breaks and tie passage time.
SFCM 4.0 - Sam Flow Condensate Management
blow through steam calculation and regulation managed totally in automatic by an expert system 4.0 that contains deep knowledge of advanced thermodynamics and can establish the correct steam flow in all running conditions (paper break included) without the use of delta pressure regulation. We guarantee absence of cylinder flooding without pop off valves.
SAC - SAM Adaptive Cylinder
proprietary technology that allows the first one or two dryer cylinders to operate both in deep vacuum condition (less than 0.2 BarA) and at high pressure (up to 6 BarA) with no setup change, no paper break or machine stop required. All that’s needed is a simple operator input.
SSPM 4.0 - Sam Separator Pressure Management
condensate energy balance managed totally in automatic by an expert system 4.0 that continuously evaluates the optimal flash steam flow to ensure highest production capacity together with higher reachable efficiency.
