We developed our philosophy of drying technology caring totally about the paper’s requirements. 

As obvious and simple as it might seem we believe that our idea is the key for a new and revolutionary way to perform paper’s drying process.

Despite years of field experience, we observed that our competitors’ technology is still stubbornly based on the steam and condensate systems’ trouble shooting, mainly on adding useless automation processes.

Our competitors steam system’s quality is measured only by the type of equipment used and the way it’s built (cascade, thermo compressor, and blow through control).                                                                                                           

Those, whom don’t have a deep knowledge of something, tend to resolve problems overcomplicating them. On the other hand the ones whom have it, makes things simpler. Trivial perhaps. Removing elements that are considered essential form other technologies.

We have a completely different approach.
 

We look forward to offer you a system that is capable of managing the one and only parameter 
that is necessary for the paper’s drying process: Temperature.
                                                                                               
Our technologic approach allows us to remove from the steam system 
- all of the vent control valves,
- the condenser and its regulations,
- one of the condensate tank with its regulation
- and even more.

 

Despite all of these removals, our system will be able to support high-end efficiency and runability, over 10% more of our competitors.

Our answer to the question “what is needed for the paper drying process?” is Temperature. Of what? Different elements such as paper, shell, steam and air temperature. Moreover, the harmony between them.

This temperatures harmony is held in balance thanks to a sophisticated control system that reduces the workload on the operator.

-It grants the perfect dry curves’ balance in all working conditions and during paper break.

-It gets rid of fluff and sticking on the first cylinders

-It reduces strength variations and paper breaks

-It increases production more than 5%

-It reduces steam consumption more than 10%

We have numerous revolutionary points in our technology, all of which have been integrally developed by us and currently covered by industrial secret and property copyright.

One of these points is the High Efficiency Vacuum System.

Vacuum system (in traditional plants) is the most mechanically-delicate and energy-relevant part of a steam system.

It’s always under heavy maintenance and never at 100% efficiency.

Vacuum system is the most sensible, complicated and wearable part of a traditionally built steam system of our competitors.

Their standard technology uses enormous water condensers and almost-full time worn-out vacuum pumps.

The maximum vacuum performance never exceeds 7MT.

During paper breaks vacuum collapses opening all of the pneumatic steam vents’ valves.

Worldwide, our company was the first to develop a High Efficiency Vacuum System capable of running without any kind of condenser (water, air etc…) reducing the steam’s loss of at the least of 4t/h, mainly in paper break.

The absence of the condenser removes the need of any type of maintenance, reducing the cost of the overhaul plant.

Our vacuum system doesn’t use any kind of vacuum pump whatsoever (liquid ring, volumetric etc…).

The absence of the vacuum pump removes flooding and cavitation problems, also removing maintenance costs.

We can grant 9.6 MT of vacuum in all running conditions and temperatures in the first cylinder minor of 40°c (when required).

Our high-performance vacuum system retains the same performances with “paper on” and “paper break” conditions.
